There are a few videos about S.H.E and Fahrenheit on set of the Mengniu mountain hike scene, but I wanted to bring attention to this one in particular. Not only is it of decent quality, but it has A LOT of... wait for it... Jirlina moments(!) to admire. Let's count together:

0:22 - Selina bumps into Jiro during the take and is close to him.

1:21 - Wonderful zoom action on Jirlina. Eventually you see Jiro moving to keep warm.

4:10 - Selina rushes to hand over her coat to the assistant before rushing to Jiro's side.

4:50 - Selina nudges Jiro's arm (on purpose?) and Jiro looks over. He pats her on the back with a smile before returning his attention to the director who is speaking. The camera even zoomed in to capture this! <3

5:54 - While Calvin, Ella, Aaron and Jiro move around to keep warm, Selina cries in the back (jokingly?) which makes Jiro look back at her.

6:06 - Jiro and Selina are having a lot of fun during this take!

Other Notes: I find it funny how Hebe seems to not take any of the rehearsals as seriously as the other members. I also enjoyed Chun's facial expressions during his take with Hebe and Selina around 6:53. Calvin running in joy when the work was all done at 7:24 was hilarious!

Here is a commercial about fruit and vegetable milk. It's only 15 seconds long but there is a Chunella moment beginning at 0:07. Ella is sipping the product before gasping at the sight of Chun surrounded by Hebe and Selina. That's her man, ladies!

Ella Declines Getting Wu Chun to Teach Malay Songs

During the press conference, Ella appeared “almost expressionless” and unhappy throughout. Despite Selina and Hebe tried to keep talking about happy matters animatedly, Ella did not seem to be influenced by them. There would even be times when she turned slightly away, seemingly deep in her own thoughts.

Shortly, when reporters asked if Ella was still very affected by the media’s malign of the unhappiness with [Down With Love]’s Director, Ella just said, “Everything’s fine.” This puts a stop to further questions on the topic.

Nonetheless when sharing on their concert, Ella is still very professional in promoting. She shared that the concert promises a visual treat for all, be it in costumes or contents of the programmes. There will be new breakthroughs for all of them. Meanwhile seldom seen in dresses, Ella will also be wearing a dress during the opening of the concert to showcase her femininity and dances in heels. Ella shared that she is full of admiration for female artistes who could do dances on heels. Hearing this, Selina and Hebe immediately looked proud and arrogant, causing a funny sight. This concert is organized by Galaxy Entertainment and sponsored by Hotlink.

Dare Not Challenge Malay Songs

S.H.E once sang a Cantonese song for their Hong Kong concert to the delight of Hong Kong fans, hence reporters asked if they planned to sing a Malay song for Malaysian fans.

Ella answered frankly, “This is a big challenge!” Being frequent guests of Malaysia, the trio is already very familiar with Malay greetings. Ella already showcased her flair when she said, “Tuan-Tuan dan Puan-Puan, Terima Kasih, Aku Cinta Pada Mu* (vaguely translated as “Ladies & Gentlemen”, “Thank you” and “I love you”)” and even sang a few lines of “Selamat Hari Jadi (Happy Birthday), and Rasa Sayang…”. But when it comes to singing a complete Malay song for their concert in Malaysia, the trio felt that it is probably mission impossible. The host of the event then suggested to Ella that she could look to Wu Chun for lessons and she asked in return, “Doesn’t Wu Chun speaks Brunei language instead?” It was only then she realized that the Brunei’s Malay and Malaysia’s Malay are fairly similar. Then Ella declined the suggestion by saying, “Wu Chun should be very busy.”

Fahrenheit’s member Jiro Wang was at the studio doing photo shoots for a sports brand on 12 Jan 2010. He showcased his artwork of sketches during schooling days in the studio. The brand printed the logo designed by Jiro onto their products, hence, this reminded Jiro of his dream to hold an exhibition of his artwork.

Jiro shared that he used to sketch his ex-girlfriend and would give her birthday presents which he had drawn when they were happily on excursions etc. All these little gestures revealed that he is one very devoted lover.

In response to media’s awkward question on who is the female artiste he would like to draw on most, Jiro thought for a moment and replied his shi-jie (senior in the same recording company), Ella. He shared that he would like to draw on the back of her hand the Q-version (comic version) of Ella, Wu Chun and himself to commemorate the happy memories shared by the trio when they were filming [Hana Kimi] years back.

Jiro also shared that he is aware that Ella loves drawing too. And he was very happy at her exclamation of how much she likes his drawing then when she first saw them.
